ROŻA restaurant is situated in the heart of Victoria Gożo in St Georg’s Square. We renovated a sophisticated and welcoming bistro in Gozo. The result is simple serving honest traditional and mediterranean food, paired with local and forign fine wines in a space that dynamically contributes to Gożo much-loved culture.

Contextually, we had to detach “Roża” from its surroundings; it was important that the space became its own little world full of flavors. Featuring high ceilings, full of natural light, complemented with predominantly concrete interiors and minimalist furniture, We wanted to create an experience we hope you enjoy, remember and return to.
